Sooner than expected, found himself buying the first piece of land, venturing in the development market as well. Nowadays he’s built up his career to a point in which he develops and operates 1000+ units of multifamily buildings across America’s metropolis. He is currently living in New Jersey where he is developing 100 units of apartment complex. As if it wasn’t enough, there are two land development projects taking place in the Austin suburbs, TX. The aim of this breathtaking project is to contribute to most American families dream of owning a house, by building as many as 340 single-family residences. Since 2004, he’s become the Co-Founder Dots Technologies Inc, an IT Services and Solutions company.

Vikram is best defined as a successful entrepreneur and philanthropist. His vast knowledge is his best asset. With over 22 years of Assorted Leadership Experience in IT, profitable market opportunities and successfully building businesses in high end technology competency. Passion brought Vikram into the unique and diverse real estate career. With his focus in commercial and retail projects, it didn’t take long until he reached the top with Matrix Commercial and LynBa Holdings. Vikram was able to conceptualize and implement all his expertise in a fast-growing business model. Lately, the scope has broaden and opportunities are flourishing in different sectors of the real estate market, not only in commercial office spaces and retail premises as explained before but also in bare land, development and construction.
